yeah, the gay killer schtick was good...I can see Dexter killing the Robocop, but Quinn will be a tougher kill because they haven't really painted him as a "bad guy" yet. He is a pain in the ass, but not dirty. He'll have to be killed by someone else or by accident for death to be his end.

I knew that motivational speaker was going to end up being the lynch pin of this sex/torture ring. Julia Stiles is being such a whip about making Dexter do all of her dirty work, he should have off'd her when he had the chance. I guess she did do him a solid though when the security guy got the jump on him. Still though, she is a whiny brat when it comes to wanting to kill all the rapists. I also have a feeling that nanny watching Harrison is going to end up trying to take the baby away, she is getting too close to him after Dexter is out all night running Stiles's errands...LaGuerta really screwed up that sting operation at the club. She needs to get some comeuppance...

Good episode, I was onboard with the security guy getting his comeuppance. It was interesting though that they kind of glossed over that he broke the door to get to Julia Stiles and never showed him fix it during the body cleanup...LaGuerta really screwed over Dexter's sister with the whole sting operation going bad. She should have went to LaGuerta's boss with it and I'm glad Bautista is taking her side...Robocop is getting annoying, he needs to be taken out soon.

starting to look like Dexter and Julia may be a couple...maybe she'll be the one at home taking care of the baby while Dexter is out murdering and whatnot...would be much easier for him having someone that knows his secret watching his back....not so much sneaking around.
Robocop has way too much info...if he isn't dealt with quickly it will come back to haunt them.

Good episode...eventhough nobody got killed, it was interesting to see how the whip daughter coming back would change things with Lumen and Dexter's plans. That daughter is so annoying, Dexter should have called the grandparents as soon as they showed up...I was glad to see Deb getting a little comeuppance on LaGuerta by getting the case reopened. Angel having her back was nice to see...Jordan calling Dexter and saying hi to Lumen was greatness, looks like their cover is blown.

Another solid episode...When Jordan called Deb and let her know about Alex's bailing out, I thought Dex was done for but he wisely switched houses. Eventhough I think Julia Stiles's character is a whip on the show, it was good to see Dex hook up with someone without having to worry about her finding out his secret...it reminded me of season 2 when he was with the British chick...Robocop knows WAAAYYYYY too much now, he has got to go.

Pretty weak ending to an otherwise solid season. I thought it was really sorry for Lumen to leave Dexter after all he had done for her. He should have off'd her from the beginning...Dexter saving Quinn made sense since he was helping Deb out but it felt like he needed to get some comeuppance...Deb catching Dexter and Lumen red handed and just letting them leave with the body felt stupid...The final battle between Jordan and Dexter seemed really anti-climactic but I should be use to that since most of the final battles in this show are short and easily resolved...The happy feely birthday party ending seemed to cheesy, needed another crazy cliffhanger ending like last year.

I'm wondering how they didn't find the pics of Dexter and Lumen at Quinn's place. They left them so Quinn would not know they were aware that they were being followed.
Well when Quinn was arrested they would have searched his place for sure. And if not, he still has the pics.

I thought there was ALOT of loopholes that were left unclosed in that finale... yeah, Dexter crashed the car at the camp and he was bleeding. You know his blood and hair (and fingerprints) are in the car. On top of that, it was stolen from the crime scene at the marina. His DNA and prints should be on file because he works for the cops. They could connect the dots VERY easily...maybe all that will come back to haunt him at the beginning of next season. |
