No...Romo answered. Once again, his team failed him. He makes plays and someone shits the bed. I feel bad for the guy. This team is toxic for some reason and I can't figure it out.
Season is shit. Play all young players, get healthy for next year, make more major changes in the offseason and hope for another good draft.

This loss is far from being Romo's fault but his answer should have been that wide open pass to Miles on 3rd down. He completes that, Cowboys win the division.

Ok...I know I should be upset about this loss but honestly, the Cowboys have played like shit all year and the only reason they have a winning record is due to the horrendously bad schedule we have played. This team has no business being in the playoffs and I am glad they aren't going because I want Garrett and Rob Ryan the fuck out of here. If they had won the division, Jerry would have been stupid enough to believe he is ok with what he has. Plus, with Demarco Murray dead for the rest of the year, we would have been an easy win for anyone we faced in the playoffs. Giants are a better team and would give anyone they faced a tougher game than we would. This defense would have given up 70 against the Packers if we faced them in Lambeau, better to avoid that embaressment and get a better draft pick. Our entire defense needs to be rebuilt, they are the 2nd worst Cowboys defense I have ever seen in my lifetime as a Cowboys fan.

Maybe if Austin doesn't miss 9/10 of the season he and Romo would be on the same page more...Austin's so fucking fragile Romo gets no practice time with him. He sure doesn't seem to miss Robinson like that very much.

Still, all he had to do was put some air under that pass and let Miles run under it. He missed it...

I love how they brag how "clutch" Eli is and all we get for Romo is "Romo answered". Tried to answer anyway... Did his part. Got them down to where they needed to be to tie it up. He should have been on the line blocking Pierre-Paul.

I'd have to watch it again, but was he going full speed?

The ultimate irony is that (other than the Austin overthrow on 3rd down), Romo is pretty much THE ONLY PLAYER ON THE ENTIRE COWBOY ROSTER who isn't choking in December this year.
Rob Ryan should be fired today. Period. That is not a kneejerk. Jerry has to take action. This defense is worse than EVER.

If they had won the division, Jerry would have been stupid enough to believe he is ok with what he has. Look, we all know Jerry, and we all know that even after last night, he still thinks he's OK with what he has (or at least he so desperately wants to believe that, that he's not going to do anything about it). The sooner Stephen finally "Darmody"s Commodore Jerry's ass, the sooner things turn the corner out at The Ranch.

One last thing...
the first player, coach, fan or front office guy who says "we still control our own destiny" today gets a steel toe Doc Martin to the nutsack.

Garrett will say that at least 2 times in the press conference today...along with trying to stack losses on top of losses and getting ready for the great challenge of Tampa Bay on Saturday.

All fucking SPARErett will say at today's press conference is, "I don't have a good answer for that question right now."

I'm not even going to bother making a thread for the Tampa game, the season is done as far as I am concerned. If someone else wants to, have at it.
