Who is mixing in this show? Watched the first episode over the weekend...it was ok. Needs more crazy Steve Buscemi schtick but the story looks interesting. I guess this is all we get to see of Al Capone though...

We have the first two on DVR now. Probably going to watch the first episode tonight. Looks like it should be good.

Mixed in the 2nd episode...the young gangster guy asking for his wife to give him "the French way" was good schtick, especially since the baby was in the same room. Looking forward to seeing Nookie and Rothstein going to war over that stolen booze. It was sorry of Capone to turn his back on Jimmy.

Funny when the Black Bootlegger said Mother Fucker, Nookie never heard that phrase before. Doctor/Dentist was using Cocaine to bring the fat guy out of his coma.

Mixed in last Sunday's episode...man, Nookie's girlfriend is full throttle and always getting naked. Her voice kind of sounds like Joe's wife Bonnie from Family Guy....It is looking like Nookie is Jimmy's dad from the way the mom talks to him. I like that Jimmy is going down to Chicago, which means more PT for that hot head Capone...Lucky Luciano getting the STD treatment was good schtick.

Through the first episode and halfway through the second. Great stuff. Nucky's butler/assistant guy is good at bringing the funny.
Capone did quite the number on that reporter in the bar.

I think I'm out on this...too much on my TIVO and it isn't keeping my interest. I am always worried I am going to miss out on the next great show. Think it is an average show at this point. Fully investing myself in Mike & Molly on Monday night. It is a great comedy. Really was pissed when they moved Big Bang Theory to Thursdays but turns out Mike & Molly is feeling the gap. |

Good episode last night...the mom telling off Lucky Luciano was really good schtick...
"Have you tried looking in your ass?"
I think Nookie is wanting to hook up with the Irish widow, his girlfriend has big bf's but is an idiot....Capone is really turning into a main character in this show. He is such a hot head, seeing him go off on people is pretty funny...The black dude exacting revenge for his father on the Klansman (Mr Cyclops) was greatness.
