Last couple of episodes have been full throttle nudity wise. I didn't expect Mrs. Schroeder to end up being one of Nookie's concubines. I was onboard with her telling off the "tigercub"...
"I guess your cunny isn't that big of a draw"
I'm glad they have kept so much of the show in Chicago so we can see all the tense Capone scenes, he is such a hot head.

We caught up this weekend and the show is very solid. Some great character development (and do like the nudity) and great action scenes.

Margaret telling Nucky's girlfriend that her "cunny" is basically a tired act was funny.
Jimmy & Capone pulled a nice on on gaining control of Greektown.

Great episode last Sunday...Jimmy helping out the phantom of the opera sniper and getting him laid was very cool. He returned the favor with that great shot a few inches below the eye, guess the Pearl slicer got his comeuppance...The whole Nookie bitterness with his dad was good schtick, it was sorry for him to burn down that house after giving it to the Fleming's though. I hope that wad of cash he gave him was enough to get a better one...Nookie's old girlfriend pouting about not getting to go see 'Dr. Jeckly and Mr Hyde' was funny...

Jimmy's leg is pretty gnarly looking. I bet that hospital he was in when he saw the Phantom sniper was quite the medical scene back then...

Another solid episode...Nookie's brother watching the black and white film porn was good schtick, especially when it caught on fire...I was surprised Nookie trusted Mrs. Schroeder to hide his finance book, guess he shouldn't have...Mrs. Schroeder slapping the ex girlfriend was funny also...The crazy FBI agent sending the money back to Jimmy's wife instead of giving it to his for the surgery was pretty sorry but the right thing to do.

"Did Nookie propose to Mrs. Schroeder because he loved her!!! Answer me!!!" When the FBI agent advised to move the witness to New York, I knew he was going to kill him. Can't have one of the main characters sent off to prison in the middle of the show....I was onboard with Mrs. Schroeder getting kickbacks for favors from the whip French clothes lady....Nookie laying down the law and saying "This is not an acceptable topic" was good schtick. Need to use that line more often... |

Last 2 episodes have been greatness, this show has really picked up it's stride....The creepy FBI guy tearing up Nookie's ex was panic face greatness...I was onboard with Jimmy killing that guy at Chalky's and then Chalky killing one of them with his bare hands...Last episode we also saw the genesis of the Ponzi scheme, which was good schtick...Mrs Schroeder had some nerve complaining about Nookie killing her husband and using her after all he has done for her. She is a whiny baby now, hope she is gone for good...The FBI guy killing the other Jewish FBI guy by drowning him during the baptism was good schtick...Can't wait to see what the Commodore does about Jimmy's mom trying to kill him with poison.
