The companies filed for bankruptcy protection on Tuesday in the Eastern District of Texas. Their parent company - privately held Metromedia Restaurant Group - is based in Plano, Texas.
In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing, a company seeks to liquidate its assets and shut down.I'm going to miss the Monte Christos from Bennigan's, they were good.

Wonder if any of the now former employees will try to file suit. Not saying it'd work, but just something to throw out there.
I hope TGI Friday's isn't the next to go. It's bad enough that they had to take the Oreo Chocolate Cake off the menu because the Dictatorship Government invented the word "trans fat" as an excuse to force their Communist system down our throat's to force us to get in shape.
And here's a good one. Watched a bit of Shepard Smith today and with everything troubling America, Illinois is attempting to pass legislation against texting and walking at the same time to make sure that idiots are still roaming this earth to bring our world down further people are aware of the "dangers" of texting and walking at the same time.

I haven't eaten in a Bennigan's in a while but there was a time where Steak and Ale was in the regular Date Rotation. As they said yesterday during Muse, it was the "nice restaurant" you went to on dates.

I am going to miss Steak and Ale, one of Rob Hurtts buddies works there Dave Noblen. Sucks for Dave he is going to be out of a job.

I went to McDonald's on dates and Steak and Ale with buddies every Sunday in the earlier 90's after Cowboy victory's. |

I had a gift card for $10 to Bennigan's. Logan's in Lewisville let me use it as a buy one entree get one free. The Logan's or Texas Roadhouse chain has to be corporate owned to accept it. The franshised ones will not take them.
