I downloaded the Cowboy game this morning from Yahoo.com (its a pay-package like NFL Sunday ticket). I can download any game for up to 48 hours after it is played.
I've watched bits and pieces this morning during downtime at work. The quality is decent.
Basically, I get up on Monday morning and read about the game and watch highlights. Then I come to work and download the game to watch when I get home.
My sister TIVOs the game and burns it to a DVD and it mailing it to me (will cost me about $7 shipping) and I'll get it in about 10 days.
Basically, I won't miss a thing. I can watch any game plus the NFL postgame show.
I was really worried about the quality, but this is passable. I mean, it isn't 62" and HD, but it will work.
I guess I'll have to go out and buy a big screen here to watch the DVDs when I get them in. They should be MUCH better quality than the downloads.
I'll post thoughts on the game once I'm able to watch it completely.
