cowboysblog.dallasnews.com/archives/2008/07/cowboys-rankings.htmlOK, we ranked the Top 10 NFL players. Many of you were shocked at how high Donovan McNabb was. We're believers. So, now we're ranking the top Cowboys' players.
1. DeMarcus Ware. The best pass rusher and defensive threat.
2. Terrell Owens. With or without Terry Glenn, the Original 81 is a force on offense.
3. Tony Romo. Has a 0-2 mark in the postseason. Expect that to end.
4. Flozell Adams. Not the best at his position around the league, but a dominant player.
5. Jason Witten. We forget that Wit is the No. 2 threat in the passing game.
6. Terence Newman. He should be higher. But he's the best corner on this team.
7. Nick Folk. What, a kicker?!?! Yeah, he won the game in Buffalo and made a big kick in Miami last year.
8. Zach Thomas. Yes, the old man can still play a little bit.
9. Bradie James. The heart and soul of the defense. He will get more chances to roam the field this season.
10. Marion Barber. He's the starter now. Will he get 1,000 yards?
Others receiving votes: Andre Gurode, Jay Ratliff, Greg Ellis, Adam Jones, Ken Hamlin. OK, here's my Top 10: 1. Romo 2. Ware 3. Witten 4. T.O. 5. Ellis 6. MB3 7. Newman 8. Hamlin 9. McBriar 10. BIGG
