The legendary "Moon River" singer and TV host lost a year-long battle with the illness. Andy Williams has died, his publicist confirmed to USA Today.
The singer and TV host, 84, had been fighting bladder cancer for the past year, and died in his Branson, Missouri home.
Best known for easy-listening songs such as "Moon River," "Are You Sincere," and "Butterfly," Williams had 18 gold albums, a one-time record. He also hosted his own TV show, aptly titled The Andy Williams Show, throughout most of the 60's and early 70's, and became known for his special appearances on Christmas specials and as an awards show host.
Williams sang at Robert F. Kennedy's funeral, though he was a lifelong Republican.
He is survived by his wife Debbie and three children.

We always watched his Christmas specials growing up. This may be a tough sell with this crowd but I'm going to vote IN!

IN, even though he's to blame for giving the spare-ass Osmonds their big break. Or another reason for his greatness!
