I forgot to write something up for this when I saw it last month. It was solid, lots of good action and Jeremy Renner brought a fresh viewpoint on the whole CIA experiment gone rouge aspect of the story. Trying to get Matt Damon to carry a movie like this again may have been a little awkward at this point in his career, so some fresh blood definitely helped.
Story wise, several plot points seemed outlandish and the way Renner and Weisz maneuvered around felt silly. Also, I didn't really like how the story was done in paralleled conjunction with the last Damon Bourne movie, especially since I didn't remember alot of the plot points it. If you see this movie, I would highly suggest watching the previous one as a refresher. That said, I thought Renner and Weisz did nice jobs with their roles and I especially liked Ed Norton's addition to the story as a government "cleaner" of sorts.
Overall, thumbs up and worth theater price (although it will be going to the $1 theater soon I'm sure). I've read that Damon may end up being in the next Renner Bourne movie, which I think would make for a very interesting sequel. The end of this movie had no real finishing resolution, so it could go in many different and cool directions.
