I had heard ahead of time not to expect much from this movie but I thought it was good. The comedy was not Stepbrothers or Hangover quality but Ferrell and Galifinakis both played their parts well. While the movie as a whole wasn't laugh out loud funny, it had lots of great scenes, including the baby punch, the prayer during the debate, and Ferrell seducing Galfinakis's wife.
Overall, thumbs up but don't go in expecting greatness, this was more Land of the Lost, Blades of Glory type stuff, which was kind of disappointing considering the star power. If you are a huge fanboy of the 2 main guys, mix in a matinee showing, otherwise it is wait for DVD quality.
