They've got Garrett all the way down at #23. Seems low to me. Would have thought maybe mid-teens.

Basically all the coaches below him are new ones this year, except Shurmur in Cleveland. So they are basically saying Garrett is the second-worst returning head coach in the league.

Well, he did have a couple of high profile gaffs last year.
Only thing he can do is prove them wrong, or prove them right.
