Very cool movie and MUCH better than the original remake. Eventhough I am not a huge fan of Worthington as Perseus, he did a solid acting job and tried to come off as a decent action hero. The real stars of the movie though were the special effects and cool monsters/villains. I especially thought the cyclops and Kronos were made to look very cool.
Action sequences were solid and I also liked how they made Queen Andromeda to be a warrior-type. Poseidon's kid provided some nice comic relief during the journey portions of the movie. The finale with Hades and Zeus getting into the battles and contributing/sacrificing to hold off the lava creature was especially cool. Overall, big thumbs up and worth theater price although not the 3-D surcharges. Catch it in 2-D in a matinee and you won't be disappointed.
