Trap game. Division game. Dangerous game.

It took Stephen Curry twisting his ankle and miracle games from Danny Green and TJ Ford to pull that game from out of the ditch last night against the Warriors...no way we beat an actual playoff team without Manu on a 2nd night of a B2B...we lose by at least 20 tonight.

that reference might be too Mavs-centric for you guys to get it.

I didn't think the Mavs would come out so lethargic on defense and shoot the worst game I have ever seen from them in the Dirk era. Spurs would have been blown out by anyone else in that 2nd half. We were awful, Dallas was just too apathetic to take advantage of us.

Mavs - Spurs is alot like Cowboys - Redskins. Talent and injury don't mean a lot. I didn't know we'd shoot so terribly but I just thought that that Mavs would stumble because all those new guys....they didn't know this is usually like a playoff game (intensity wise).

I can't believe the Spurs are 5-2 since Ginoboli got hurt. Lots of home games but solid wins against Denver, Dallas and Portland in that stretch. Young guys are really playing well...Leonard, Green and Splitter have been HUGE. They just might make the playoffs after all.
