It was better than I was expecting, plot was cool and some good action scenes. No real big names outside of Emile Hirsch but the acting was competent expect for the cheesy Russian guy that steals the Facebook ripoff (Globetrot.com?). Aliens are invisible 90% of the time but when they do appear behind their shields, they look pretty cool. The makeshift weapons used to fight them (microwave gun) are interesting also. Only real downside was the movie doesn't show the planet fighting back after figuring out how to kill the aliens, so it felt more like a setup for another movie than anything. Thumbs up but matinee price would be best.
