They should have extensions for Kinsler, Holland, and Hamilton before spring training. The Holland deals going to be a 5 year contract with a couple team options. Hamilton will be 3 years and Kinsler's will be 4.
I have no problem with any of these contracts but I do think this means the end of Cruz in the future. Hamilton and Cruz are to big of injury liabilities so need to have a DH slot available for either of them at any given time.
I expect the same thing next off season for Harrison, Elvis, and Feliz. That locks up your core for 4 more years but gets you up around $130 million by 2013.
I would mind extending Lewis before this season 3 years $18 very friendly for your top pitcher starting the season in 2012.

Three years for Hamilton is fine. Any longer and it makes me nervous with his history of injuries you mentioned.
