He is a spare but we need a backup PG, hopefully he was cheap.

According to Spurstalk updates from ESPN Insider, it is a 1 year deal for a vet minimum...he is definitely worth that, nice upside IF he can stay healthy.

We still need a center and to a lesser extent, a small forward to replace Jefferson. I would rather spend the MLE picking up another big man to help Duncan inside and let Kawhi Leonard replace Jefferson as a rookie but Butler would be nice also.

Bigs are going to be tough to come by this offseason. That is why I wish we could find a way to keep Chandler and move Haywood. I'd much rather roll with Chandler/Mahinmi than Haywood/Mahinmi. Not that I have an issue with Haywood, but Chandler is the vocal leader on the defense.
The Mavs boards are going crazy with everyone split between saying Cuban is giving up the season after winning a title and the rest saying Cuban and Donnie built a champion so be patient and see what they do.
