We all forgot about The Life and Times of Tim premiere, it was the 28th!!!  www.hbo.com/tim/ Hopefully they will be running repeats throughout, I'm setting DVR when I get home on it. |

I mixed in 2 episodes of this show yesterday, they were funny but not as good as the preview clips or promo they showed last night. I could see it picking up more steam in the 2nd episode more than the first though. I'm gonna ride it out and see where it goes...

I'm out on this show until it stops being such an effin' whip. I was in hardcore heartbeeps mode about 30 seconds in, and by the end of the episode I was near-catatonic.

I didn't think it was THAT bad, it had some funny scenes. I think the thing I liked about it was all the tense moments he was getting in (copping a feel off the grandma, the hooker at his house when the inlaws showed up, the Tim Sanchez interview...). It reminded me alot of Curb with some of the situations he was in. I'll see if I can find some torrents tonight of the episodes... |

This week's episodes lived up to the hype and funniness of the promo clips, both segments (Senior Prom & Tim Fights Old Man) were genius...

This week's episode replayed the "Mad Dog" portion, which was greatness. The 2nd half, with the "Monday Night Confession" was good as well. Tim checking out the family's butts at the baptism and then having to admit he JO'd in the church bathroom was genius...
