I would attribute some of those misses to anxiety over Harrison or Woodley bearing down on him... funny, I don't recall anyone sticking up for Romo when we lost to the Giants and their defense that shut down the Pats, ruining their perfect season and winning the superbowl. Romo got beaten to death that day and yet if Jordy Nelson is running that last route instead of QUITTER CRAYTON, we win that game. I thought the offensive line was as much to blame that day as Romo...he was rushed just about everytime he dropped back.

I'm just saying we seem to look at only negatives with him most of the time and we ignore that NY and Minnesota beat him to death in those games. The difference between Romo and Rogers is that Rogers was getting enough time to get his throws off. Yeah, he got hit alot afterwards, but he had a little time first. Then of course there is his defense, which scored some points, gave him a couple of short fields, and in general made plays all day long, especially when they needed them.
The thing that got me going about Rogers before I even signed on here was listening to the idiots at BSPN talking about it as "maybe the greatest Superbowl QB performance of all time". Since then several of them have tapped the brakes, remembering Simms, Montana, Aikman, Young, and even Doug Williams as having had better Superbowls.
I probably over reacted to that when I was posting here, but it drives me crazy that those idiots say stuff like that without thinking....Miller joing them wasn't a surprise. He is the same MORON who once said there was not a single guy on the Cowboys roster capable of throwing a NFL pass. He was talking about making throws...not reading defenses or leading teams, but MAKING THROWS. I just don't understand how people that stupid are allowed to talk sports on the radio or TV....

I'd say anyone not holding a championship trophy is generally ridiculed in Dallas. I can accept the high standards. I can even handle it if people want to reserve judgement on players until if/when they win a title. I just think alot of what is said about some of these guys is dumb because they take too much of a simplistic view. Romo didn't win the Superbowl, so he sucks. Really? So all those years that Brady and Manning and Rivers and Rodgers and Rothlesberger have played but didn't win, they sucked all those years? Or their TEAM was not good enough that year?

In the past few years (since the Giants Superbowl) he has been terrible in the post season.
