i still don't think lehtonin is worth a shit He may not, but I still stand by the fact that he is WAY better than the mess that was being thrown out there the past 3 years. Plus, the D isn't exactly solid and having a group of 6 D-men that are solid (like we did in '99) can make any goalie look awesome. But, he does let in bad goals late in games. Turco would just let in soft goals whenever the opportunity presented itself. Just look at what he has done up in Chicago. Getting replaced by a rookie before the season was even 20 games played. |

Also, they really have to stop the whole "giving up the tying goal in the last minute and then losing it in OT" or giving up a 2 goal lead to lose. Those are big point to be losing in the stands and will probably be the reason that they miss out on the playoffs. That's my main reason for chanting "SAME OLD SHIT!" They seem to lose games late after being out in front. It's like they don't give a shit. They're getting their money, so everything is just fine. If this is the worst thing that happens to them, then they've lived a pretty good life.  And as for Turco, his problem is that he doesn't want to play goalie. He keeps leaving the net and wanting to be a forward. |
