I don't know. The Heat look one year away to me. They will need more bigs in the playoffs and right now they have none. Ilguaskas, Joel Anthony and Haslem are serviceable enough to get bye anyone in the East but Boston. If Perkins ever comes back for Boston, they will have the best set of bigs in the league.

Post season is different...you of all people should know that. The game will slow down and get more physical. The bigs on Miami will get owned by the bigger, more talented front lines. They need another year of adding some MLE type bigs looking for a ring, then they'll be scary.

it's too bad the mavs and spurs are in the same conference, since they are clearly the two best teams in the league this year (yes, i am choosing to ignore the celtics) Celtics and Lakers (if healthy) are better than Dallas and SA...Bynum coming back healthy gives the Lakers the edge in my eyes. Heat, once Miller and Haslem come back, will be a force come playoff time. I thought Haslem was out for the season?

Mavs in OKC tonight. Dirk scores 13 in 12 minutes but leaves with sore knee. Mavs still win by 10 on the road without Dirk.
Not bad......

the mavs game is the one i have circled the lakers are spare I didn't see any of it, but how did y'all get blown out by the Magic? exhausted on the second night of a back-to-back, following a late game across the country in denver - turning around for an early eastern start time the following night (especially considering they probably landed in orlando several hours before tipoff) i actually didn't feel as bad about it after orlando followed it up by ending the celtics streak the next game - looks like maybe that roster shakeup of theirs is starting to pay dividends plus, the spurs kryptonite is interior defense - blair is fierce, but he's also a midget - dwight howard had his way

Big game Tuesday for us against the Lakers...should prove alot about this team. I guess the Lakers didn't think it was a big enough game to show up...Spurs blew them out by 15...
