I have still been holding out hope we'd go get Roy Williams (UT) or someone like that...I don't know that we really need him just yet, but come playoffs we've seen what happens when really good defensive teams clamp down on Witten and TO. We need an option to make them pay for single coverage.

Yeah, gotta do something.
I won't whine too much if it is Joe Horn, but if that is the move we make we should have done it this summer so they could have had him in OTAs to see if he still has anything in the tank.
I still say go after UT Roy HARD.

I still say go after UT Roy HARD. They will probably wait a few weeks to see who starts getting clipped from rosters and make a move on the best one... |

At this point, I'd give up next year's 1, 3, and Bobby Carpenter or Spears. The problem is Burnett just had surgery so you kinda need Carpenter for now. Spears may have more value anyway...

I would do it this very second. Spears or Carpenter....doesn't matter who gets sent away. Both are disappointments.
