My last name pretty much assures that I am primed for a kicking career.

I never did that in Madden but I did do that in older versions of NBA Live and definitely in NBA Street Volumes 1 and 2...those were good times.

A buddy of mine in middle school would do that for NHL '94 & '95 on Genesis.

We use to create players on NBA Street and Knock Out Kings. Big Dave would always have 300 pound guys doing jumping from the free throw line, doing flips trying to dunk on people.

That was greatness, I wish I still had that NBA Street file with all of our created players (me, Colby, Dave). When I rebought NBA Street for like 3 bucks, I went ahead and created myself again...

HELLO OPERATOR!!!Since you turned your back on video games...you are not allowed to comment. You need to mix in playing again so we can see "angry hulk bob" throw down his controller in disguist after a beatdown...

Matt you are welcome to come over and get your beat down at Madden if the wife will let you out of the house. The beatdown wouldn't be coming from you...your new authorized nickname is Dave "0-for-09" Conlon... Guessing me running the table the other night wasn't part of the 0fer evening.

Collinsworth looks really old on the Olympic coverage. Still beats me down whenever I hear him. I may just have to play the game with the announcers voice turned off. I think we tried looking for that setting but couldn't find it... On the main menu, go to My Madden, then to system settings. Select Audio, then lower the commentary volume down. I did that and raised the crowd & field volume levels. Sounds good to me.

Check out what I just found out about Madden celebrations:
User-Controlled Celebrations. Now you will be in control after a touchdown, and a simple push of the "celebrate" button will allow your player to spring into action. If that player happens to be known for his elaborate celebrations, then he'll perform some of those that you've seen him do in real life. For example, a player like Terrell Owens has more than 10 of his familiar celebrations available. Not only will unique players have unique celebrations, but different "Hot Spots" in the end zone will feature different celebrations, as well, like dunking over the goal post or hot-shotting in the corner of the end zone. Specific stadiums will even feature their own local celebrations. Can you say, "Lambeau Leap?" We've also been told that an extra "hidden" control will let you steal an opponent's celebration so you can really rub it in. However, you'll have to discover that one on your own
