I have gotten my Dallas team from '07 into the year 2014. I average around 84 points per game. They are a machine.

Got Madden '09 today. Just fired it up and going through the mini-camp drills, one of my favorite things on the game.

Just got done using Petterson in the mini-camp game. Holy smokes....that dude is crazy good on there. Not that I am surprised.

Just complete Precision Passing mini-camp drill with Brad Johnson. You guys that have it need to look at him. He has blue long sleeves and looks like rollerblade-esque elbow pads on BOTH elbows!! Hilarious.

Me, Dave, Saul and Colby played Friday night...it looks really good on the Xbox 360. Props to Dave for coming out of his "0-fer" slump and winning the tournament we had. He still only finished 1-1 against me that night though...

He still only finished 1-1 against me that night though... Wouldn't mind getting in on a tournament....if I didn't live so flippin' far away. Oh well....onto my first season of '09. |

It's all about balance. The computer learns your plays. Now, when you play other actual people, do whatever works.

Much to my shock and awe...they did make Madden 09 for regular X-box, so I rented it and am ripping it to my modded X-Box now...good times.  |

I'm waiting for my copy of Madden 09 from Gamefly, as well as NCAA 09. For those unfamiliar, Gamefly is like Netflix, but for video games. It was a lifesaver last year when I tried out NHL 08. What was a great game was marred by that glitch that EVERY copy of the game had where the game would freeze once you got into the third period. If I had just bought it straight up from Game DictatorshipGameStop, I would've only been able to exchange for another copy of the game. With Gamefly, all I had to do was return it and get my next game in my queue.
I know, that sounded like a Sideroom livespot. lol
Do they still have the create-a-player feature on the game, and if so, does anybody here ever tap into their narcissistic side and use it to put themselves on their favorite team?

I never put myself in the game...but I did build some bad ass mofos....I don't think a dumpy little white dude would be very good in the NFL....unless I made myself a kicker!!
