Hearing rumors about trading Carpenter for Ernest Wilford of the dolphins? Wilford is a guy that would fit very well here. He has good size and speed. He is a TO starter kit with his size, dude is 6'4" 225. I'd be surprised that Miami would deal him since they just signed him but I'd take it for sure. Even more surprised if they do it for Bobby Carpenter, but I guess Big Bill hates to have a bust on his resume and he thinks they can use him down there...if we deal Carp, we are gonna be in the market for another LB to play special teams...maybe they bring back Walden? |

Walden has (reportedly) been pressuring the QB much better than George for the extent of camp. George had a good 2nd half against 4th teamers that got cut yesterday. I don't put too much stock in that. I guess we'll see when they fill out the PS. The guys they pick will be the ones they have seen the most from.
